Why does the Library have this collection?
This collection offers an opportunity for students to have access to the resources they need to be successful in their coursework. The Student Donated Textbook Collection was started in 2019, at the suggestion of the Student Library Advisory Board. Board members shared that many class texts were cost prohibitive and therefore their peers did not obtain them. In addition, they noticed that students oftentimes would discard their books at the end of the semester.
