Students, alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends, get ready for STAGiving Day — March 22 — One Day when the ¹ú²úÉ«ÇéƬ family comes together as One ¹ú²úÉ«ÇéƬ to support the University’s most important initiatives.
Join the ¹ú²úÉ«ÇéƬ community Wednesday, March 22 to celebrate our ninth annual STAGiving Day! This tradition brings together the Stag community as One ¹ú²úÉ«ÇéƬ for One Day to support student scholarships, innovative research, athletics, diversity and inclusion, spirituality, service, and so much more.
Last year, ¹ú²úÉ«ÇéƬ students, alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends set a new STAGiving Day record that raised $3.8 million for initiatives across ¹ú²úÉ«ÇéƬ University. This STAGiving Day, we want to do it again! With even more areas to make your impact, we have set a goal of 3,000 gifts to unlock more than $1 million to further support and elevate the needs of our community.
“There are so many ways to join the celebration on STAGiving Day,” says vice president for University Advancement Wally Halas. “Donors can support more than 50 funds, representing various areas from across the University, including scholarship, the arts, athletics, and spirituality, alongside our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. So many opportunities are available, and we cannot wait to get started!”
Some areas donors have access to give to include the deans' strategic funds, the Office of Student Diversity’s Academic Immersion Program, the Center for Social Impact’s Dream Fund, the ¹ú²úÉ«ÇéƬ Fund to support students’ areas of greatest needs, and so much more.
With matching gift opportunities and more than a dozen flash challenges, STAGiving Day will offer the chance for gifts to go even further. Donors will have unique opportunities to participate in Reunion Class Challenges, social media challenges, and "power hours" to unlock more funds and prizes!
